Manaphy, Darkrai and Cresselia

I have sent Manaphy with Walrein and now I've got nothing to do so could you please help me with this?

Also how do I get Cresselia and Darkrai??

All you have to do is continue with accepting missions for explorations. U'll start having dreams and so will you're partner but they wont tell u. Then, u'll be considered a threat by a few Pokemon and they'll want to be rid of u. Also, Cresselia joins later in the game and I can't help you with Darkrai.
