Can anyone help me I do not know how to get the legendaries who are in the wonder mails because I cannot find them HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

On the main menu, go down to Wonder Mail. There, select Recive Wonder Mail, and the choose Password. Then enter the password for the dungeon you want. BTW, this can only be done after rescuing Scizor from Blizzard Island, and reciving the Secret Rank from him.
After you get the secret rank you take the job that is on the wonder mail,you will be able to go to the place where the wonder mail is set for. Go to the final floor of the dungeon and the legendary Pokemon will be waiting, you also get a treasure if you beat them.

darkrai is also on the last floor of mystifying forest witch is floor 13
Darkrai is also on spacial rift 14th floor.
(Secret slab required) Warning: this pokemon is unbelivably hard to recruit, sadly. Plus, when meeting Latios and Latias, (Spacial rift, 10F and Deep spacial rift 5F), Go easy on them holding the friend bow. I did it with a Lv 100 Dialga, (Action replay), Used flamethrower, which took off about 85 health, and then a regular A attack which made it defeated and recruited. (On latios). (Secret slab)
Use the sky melocodia and the secret slab on Ho-oh and Lugia. I have them both.
Raikou is also hard to recruit but not as hard as Darkrai. I'd say moltres is love at first sight and has maybye a full recruitment chance! I think suicune is quite easy. Deoxys is quite hard like raikou, I'd predict. Groudon is hard in my opinion. For those at the beggining of the game on steam cave Groudon is recruited at shimmer desert. (wondermail required). Rayquaza 50-50: He joined on my second attempt. I used twister about four times
With a Lv 100 dragonite. (Action replay like dialga). My regigigas is also to my liking.

youre forgitting frosslass rember he will be in cryrstal crossing 10 floor 100% percent sure
also all you need is a secret slab and a golden mask trust me not hard

you can use a wondermail generator to get golden seeds to level up quickly. It increases your level by 5 . Each seed. All my Pokemon are level 100
