Im a level 100 chimchar with the moves flame wheel, fire spin, flamethrower, and fire blast do I have a chance at beating palkia I no hes at level 48 if I get eight doom seeds then I can bring him down but I'm stuck at the save point in the middle of the duingeon I need help BADLY!!!!!!

Yes you should have no problem I got to him at level 47 and beat him without using doom seeds though I did have my partner with me. If you go against him and keep dying than sorry can't help
This is just some friendly advice. You should try teaching your chimcar a non fire move so you can take on other types even at level 100.
