I need help on where you get palkia because I have just finished the storyline

You have to go on with the second part of the storyline, starting by beating the guide, then talk to Mr.Mime of the left side of Treasure Town. That will trigger a series of events, which will eventually leads to the real cause behind the "planet paralysis". When there's nothing happen at all, just do random missions.
After beating the 2nd part, you will know where to recruit Palkia (Sky Rift).
Ok after you fight dialga the first time go to spacial rift.It's spacial rift!
NOT SKY RIFT!!!It's automatic recruit after you beat him.Same with dialga.
After you get palkia and dialga and manaphy joined you can evolve.Yay!
