how do i get to lost wilderness

I've gone to upokemoncenter,(that sitte lets you make wondermail)
But when I make a mission to explore lost wilderness it says"you can't handel this job yet"could someone please give me the real wondermail password?
I need to recruit a lucario which is on the 11 to the 18 floor.(time version only)

You need to graduate from the guild in order for the Lost Wilderness to become available.
