Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time

How is do you get secert stoneplate and eminga part, also how do go on to regigas event, and does maphany come back? Plus one last thing how many ranks are there?

The Secret Slab and Mystery Part are from missions. The Regigigas event is activated from doing missions. Manaphy does come back eventually. There are 9 ranks, going from Normal to Master Rank.

There is a wonder mail for the secret slab and engima part but I don't remember check out serebii.net it has it I think

You can get the Secret Slab and the Mystey Part from missions. You can also get them with Wondermail codes. There are 9 ranks: Normal, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, Super, Ultra, Hyper, then Master in that order. You can also get a rank called the Secret Rank. You get that after rescuing Scizor after graduating the guild.

Like the others said, from doing missions. I went to upokecenter.com where you can make your misions and any item can be your reward.
