Whoops, sorry. Manaphy comes back after you do a boatload of missions. It normally takes anywhere from 3 to 7 to trigger it. Once it is triggered, one morning Chatot will show up at Sharpedo Bluff.
You beat darkrai and what and after you recruit manaphy and take it through marine resort you can evolve
