Well that means you can access the Wondermail Missions so you can get the Legendary Pokemon like Rayquaza, Groudon, Kyogre, Giratina, Mew, and Heatran. (There might be one more but I don't remember) In order to find the Wondermail Passwords, go to www.Serebii.net and look at the side bar for Mystery Dungeon.
Click on it and look at the other side bar for event only Pokemon. Click on it and you will see the Pics of the Pokemon in the Dungeon, and the Password unlocking it.

I used some wonder mail I found it allows you to fight Mew, kyorge, Groudon, and heatren there called the seven secrets I believe thats only four that I got there is still three more to find tell if you find them your welcome

The items after the names are differnt because they are the Japanese names
