What do I do

I'm at a part where I can go get the secret parts or something but keep dying please help

Secret...... Rank maybe? If you are at Blizzard Island, then bring a strong Fire-type. If not, then I don't know wtf your talking about.

Do u mean the regi cave???
If so-
Bring a water type for regirock,
Bring a fire type for regeice and registeel,
bring a petrify orb,
bring some reviver seeds,
go to upokecenter.com and make a load of golden seed wonder mails.
when u get to regigigas, use the petrify orb to parilyes all pokemon then defiet them one by one. and remember to eat the golden seeds as they level u up by 5 each!!!
