I've beaten Darkrai, and Cressililla has joined, along with Palkia, Dialga, Uxie, Azelf, Mesprit, Lugia and Phione. But why can't I get Manaphy? I know he joins at Sharpedo Rock, but when? I suspect his absence is all thats holding me back from evolving my starters.
