Why can't I get manaphy I've already done three missions?

To get Manaphy you need to go to Surrounded Sea without a mission, you will find an egg and bring it home, then after a couple days Manaphy will hatch from it

To get Manaphy you need to go to Surrounded Sea without a mission, you will find an egg and bring it home, after a couple of days Manaphy will hatch from it. Then Manaphy will get sick, he will Phione Dew to get better, you will need to visit Miracle Sea to obtain it (then go back later to get a Phione for your team, they will automatically join when you return, again don't have a mission), then he will have to leave to grow up at sea. When he returns he will ask to join your team. It's a lot to do for 1 member, but that's the only way to get Manaphy on your team in the game.
