For some reason, when my partner faints I don't go back with him and after I coem back from the dungeon or whatever he's not there... Also he doesn't follow me anymore... Can someone please help?

If you have graduated from the guide your partner is not a partner anymore except in some dungeons and to get it back on your team go to chimchos assembly.
If he fainted in a dungeon that means he has gone back to the Chimeco Assembly and you need to select him as an active Pokemon on the team then you should be able to get him back anyway it happens when you have graduated from the guild.
