Does anyone have wonder mail s codes to recruit giratina and if you don't I'm not sure about this but does a secret slab or mystery part make giratina reappear and if it does is there an item to make ghost and/or draon Pokemon easier to recruit because I need giratina?

No you must take a challenge from the spinda cafe and you don't need the the two things that make legendary Pokemon appear and the place is world abbys and if you beat giratina you get the rock horn which promotes the chance of recruiting rock type pokemon
Just beat Giratina in the World Abyss. You'll get the Rock Horn and possibly Giratina as one of your Exploration Team companions.
