Try to throw a Sleep Seed at it. But it is not necessary to defeat Grovyle.
He is stealing Time Gears to get them back to the Temporal Tower to stop the world's destruction.
You have to use moves that are effective and items such as x-eye seed.keep reviver seeds in your bag.
He is stealing time gears to restore time to it's correct flow and to prevent the collasp of temporal tower,there fore preventing the planets paralysis, by placing them in temporal tower.
I recomend using Pokemon around lv30 and strong moves
This sounds stupid but hes stealing the time gears causing time to stop to prevent time from stopping.
