What is the point of the secret rank and what do you do with it

After you get the secret rank from sizor you have the abilty to take on special missions here is the list
1 world abyss 30 floors boss giratina
2 bottomless seas 50 floors boss kyoger
3 mt avalanche 20 floors boss articuno
4 sky stairway 50 floors boss rayquaza
5 mystery jungle 30 floors boss Mew
6 shimmer desert 10 floors groudon
7 giant volcano 20 floors boss heatran
Those are the dungeons
Note these Pokemon have a 50 percent chance of joining your team so don't expect to make them join your team all the time

Well go to the cafe for explorers, outside the guild. When you go inside someone might be standing by the door. Talk to whoever it is. It might say it needs help with a dungeon. But sometimes it says somebody gave it a message to pass on to you, that's a secret rank mission (they are normally 99 floor dungeons I think). Hope this helps!
With the secret rank you get special missions for only secret rank players there's places like world abyss, mystery forest
