I beleave you must get it trough a wondermail S code I think there are some of thosese codes around this site just keep looking

Well it's simple once the game is complete (post game)
You will ocasonaly get a mail that says I found the golden chamber andi want you to help you get them via the juice ar pokemons (the ones by the doorway)
