Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky

How do you get azurill, marill, uxie, or mesprit without defeating dialga first? I'm an eevee level39 and my partner is shinx same level.also are there any cheats 2 get celebi and porygon z? Or Mew? Also rate my team from 1-10. Eevee, shinx, plusle, and beldum! Also trying 2 get minun.

It can't be possible to get Azurill, Marill, Uxie, or Mesprit without beating Dialgla first. You can get Minun at Amp Plains. You can only beat the game, and then you can get Azurill, Marill, Uxie, and Mesprit.

Team rating: 8 because Normal-types are open to no weakness other than Fighting-types, and they can use a variety of movesets, being effective against other Pokemon.

Thanks! I ended up defeating dialga with the miracle of her finding a TM dig inside the place, and a couple sleep and reviver seeds and he/she(or whatever dialgas gender is) was out! Then she defeated darkrai and evolved into Vaporeon, and Shinx evolved into Luxray. I DID catch a Minun at the end, thanks for telling me where to get him.
