Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky

Im at steam cave and I keep fainting and when I press get help my friend gets it and trys to rescure me but the bird sais I can't send you out on a rescure quest if you don't know where it is cause the place where iit sais location has this ??? Help pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeas

Well after you've sent out a request to help your friend needs to send you an OK mail. Thing is I don't think your friend can help you unless they've been to the dungeon that your stuck in. You could try sending a request for help over wifi and you might be able to get help that way.
