Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky

I already defeated Kyogre but it did not joined my team or I may accidentally said no. Can I still recruit it?

I've heard somewhere that if you don't recruit a legendary the first time, then you can go back and keep trying. I haven't played the game in awhile so I don't remember if it's true for sure or not. Its still worth a shot, though you may wanna take an item that increases recruitment rate.

such as golden mask(which can be found in zero isle north)or amber tear.If you are lvl 100 and have either one of those items,your recruitment chance boosts very high!

You have to go back to the place where battled it and fight it again and it will say it will want to join you
