I am a level 45 riolu and I have got up to the nightmare but when the character went to sleep and cresselia appeard all my items were lost in the morning and if I go back to my last save point the are still lost.Any ideas on what happend?
(I did not give up or faint in a dungeon)

The unfortunate truth is that if you quicksave in a dungeon and shut if off afterward, you'll lose EVERYTHING. If that's not the case, I don't know what happened to your items, but maybe you last quicksaved from a dungeon and forgot to save before shutting off your DS. That may be the cause of your loss.
