Two Questions

What happens after you beat Dialga in Temporal Tower and how do you beat him (nesseccary seeds, berries, etc.)?

You beat the main story line, then you enter the post game
As for seeds bring lots of reviver seeds of course, totter seeds wont help much because roar of time will just kill you, stun seeds and sleep seeds really help. Oran berries are usefull as well, I would recommend (if you are a mudkip) using endeavor, it does at least 700 damage

If you are skitty/riolou it is easy for skitty you use sind,assist and copycat. For riolou you can use fighting moves they are superefective. When you win you gradute from the guild

Get LOTS of Reviver Seeds and a lot more.

Just do what you normally do. See if you can confuse dialga, put him to sleep, anything! YOur partners fire moves will really help. Get some reviver seeds, and some max elixirs.

Throw sleep/stun seeds at it, and then move up to dialga and use violent seeds on yourself, and vile seeds on dialga, throwing more seeds when nesscesary. If you have a chimchar or something that learns a move that will boost it's stats (chimchar has nasty plot), use that. Then use your strongest moves.
