Use a Pokemon that has good lv 1 moves and has sturdy stats. Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, and a few other Legendaries are good choices. To get Destiny Tower you must drink lots of juices from Spinda's Bar and by random it'll say that you've unlocked Destiny Tower. Good luck!
Lucario is good, he has Metal Claw at Lv. 1, and gets other powerful moves, like Dark Pulse and Force Palm early.
I used a raichu,hes not soo good but I dit it.
