how does riolu evolve to lucario?
I started as riolu but I need to know what does he need in order to evolve to lucario?

1. Have you're IQ at least 1 1/2 stars
2. Obtain a sun ribbon
3. Beeat and recruit Diagla
4. Beat and recruit Palkia
5. Have manaphy join you're team and show you marine resort

Go on missions that have the sun ribbon as the reward after you beat the darkrai story or kecleon markets in dungeons in places you later unlock.

To evolve Riolu into Lucario, your Riolu must possess 4 stars of IQ before evolving into a Lucario.

You need his IQ up past one star and a sun ribbon
If you want a sun ribbon search in golden chambers (you will need a water type as your leader to get the deluxe boxes in the chamber) and as a reward in jobs
I did the same thing to get the lucario I have now

You need a Sun Ribbon to evolve Riolu into Lucario. Best found in Golden Chambers or Mission rewards. If Riolu's your 'hero' or partner, then you need to beat Darkrai first, then complete the aforementioned requirements. Hope this helps.

I think you just raise his IQ up past or to one star and you have to have a SUN RIBBON, because that's how you do that in time or darkness. You can get this by doing REALLY hard missions but I doen't have one for you, srry but I'll keep my eye out for one then give it to you. Oh yeah! If he's your partner or hero you have to beat darkrai, get Dialga on your team along with Palkia. Hope that helped!

You will need to raise it's IQ over 1 star and you will need a sun ribbon and also gain access to marine resort and defeat darkrai.i have the wonder mail code for the sun ribbon hope this helps

You need a thuder stone to evolve picachu...I've also noticed that after you unlock marine resort, the Ursaring in town will talk to you, letting you know that something is different at luminous spring...after that you should be able to evolve. Hope this helps.

Some of you are on the right track. You need to defeat palkia twice and get him on you're team. Other wise you will not evolve. All others may evolve though. This is because when you try to evolve, it says somting about a SPAICAL somthing, so you need palkia.

Manaphy: You don't go to a dungeon to recruit Manaphy!! Manaphy comes back later in the story all on his own. If have no clue what I'm talking about, then you probably haven't even gotten Manaphy from the Surronded Sea yet!
Palika: Palkia can be found in the Spacial Rift.(You can recruit 'em after the whole "Darkai" scene.) Again, if you have no clue what I'm talking about, then you're prob not even far enough in the game yet... (When you meet Palika for the first time, it crashes right through the roof of your team base.)

and eat a lot of orange gummis!!! 
NOTE: you do not need palkia to evolve! i evolved without palkia

2. yes you can eat orange gummis but if you want to level up lots whilest finding orange gummis then you can find a hard wondermail for a wonder gummi (wonder gummis work for every type)
3. Im pretty sure you do have to recruit Palkia even if you didnt, also try not to say that to everyone because they'll get confused.

Wellsh that place and I don't know anything about times or darkness but I evolved Riolu by 4 iq or 1 more iq and sun ribbon and I beat darkria you don't need to recruit anyone exepct manaphy and after manaphy says hey you guys I went out for a walk and I found this place called marine resort and so finish the dungeon. This makes know since but theres been rumors that if you can beat this guy known as team raiders then challenges you and you win then they pay you money and 1 of them is sun ribbon someone said it but the other 1 could bbe a thunderstone hey don't blame me but the money is about 50000 dolars plus a recruit from them and the bad part is that their level 100 each 1 level 100 isnt gion true but to work rumors not true but maybe oh and this is something to do that when team rider jions you can only use 1 of them at a time in dungeons and they say ahh here the ultimante dungeon wanna KNOW WHY ALL Pokemon LEVEL 100 andno items and 2 at a time and they said the boss is all the boss you beat from the past and they each level up 100 times oh and grimer and muk it counts as every1 you beat including the whole guild but beware if you bring partner in your partner bewtrays you and bring team rider the also beatray you ikno freaky right but still a rumor >
