Where am I supposed to recruit Darkrai?

I know the two places of Crevice cave B2F and Miracle sea B3F but what other places are there? I've seen my brother play and sometimes Darkrai isn't there at all. I'm trying to recruit all legendaries and I need Darkrai to complete it.

Here's a list of legendaries and their places I do have:

Regigigas- Aegis Cave Regigigas chamber
Ho-oh- Mt. Mistral
Dialga- Temporal Tower
Palkia- Spacial Rift
Cresselia- Sharpedo Bluff (After you exit Palkia's nightmare)
Manaphy- Surrounded Sea
Rotom- (Can only be recruited by missions or wonder mail codes)
Registeel- Aegis Cave (Registeel Chamber)
Rayquaza- Sky Stairway
Mew- Mysterious Jungle Summit
Darkrai- ???
Giratina- World Abyss F30
Articuno- Avalanche Mt. Summit
Entei- Dark Crater F30
Raiku- Concealed Ruins F20
Suicune- Final Maze B29F
Lugia- Surrounded Sea B18F
Atzelf- Crystal Passage Summit
Heatran- Huge Volcano Summit
*Mewtwo- Dark Crater B6F
Deoxys- Shimmer Hill F17
Groudon- Shimmer Desert Interior
Kyogre- Bottomless Sea F50
Jirachi- Final Maze F23
Uxie- Fogbound Lake Summit
Mesprit- Quicksand cave Summit

You can try recruiting them more times, it seems like you're doing everything right, I don't understand why it isn't working. Just keep trying for him, I'm sure you'll get it.
