I am over level 45 but I still can't beat Primal Dialga how do I kill him?

Here is what I did...go to wonder mail codes (on supercheats (cheats))and input all of the GOLDEN SEED codes...once you get them all,go to beach cave and eat them all(don't forget your partner)...now,go and retreave any (at the least of 10)missions with a reword of reviver seeds...go and beat dialga
(go and defeat him agian to recruit him)

All I did to beat him is, I saved all my sleep seeds and put him to sleep.

Here is what I did, I saved all the sleep seeds that I found in the game and when I faced him I just put him to sleep. Hope that helps.
