How do you recruit Mewtwo? I tried it on the Wonder Mail Generator, but it said that the client I chose was invalid. Is there a dungeon that I go to or something?

Yes. Go to Dark Crater B6F with a Secret Slab or Mystery Part in bag to find him. Defeat him for a chance to recruit him.
You can find mewtwo in aegis cave pit B5 using the mystery part and golden mask
