What is the diffrence betweeen Pokemon mystery dungeon explores of the dark and travellers of time

Theres really not much difference. Some Pokemon can only be found in each version. For example you can only get Mewtwo in Darkness while you can only get Celebi in Explorers of Time. The common Pokemon that can only be found in Darkness are Burmy, (Though it's evolution can be found in Time.) Buneary, Lopunny, and Rotom. The Pokemon that you can only find in time are, Combee, (it's evolution can be found in Darkness.) Pachirisu, Riolu, and Lucario. Now Explores of Sky has a lot more to it then Darkness and Time though. Hope this helps.
Ive found combee in apple woods is that normal?
