Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Darkness

Can somebody tell me where secret power effects the terrain I beat the game recruited the legendaries got a lucario got the seven treasures PLZ ANSWER (whoever can get me the answer first I will give a site with a generator [that works] just tell me your email and I will send you the site)

I know of a generator already, so no need. ^_^

Anyways, Secret Power only changes based on the terrain, and usually doesn't destroy the terrain.
