Try swallowing Joy Seeds, using linked moves, going to high level dungeons and battling Monster Houses.

Go to the traning place and go to the dungen that is good for your tipe of Pokemon and then go to a good floor were it takes at leest two hites and then stay there untill you can't any more then go to the next floor you shuld be strong enuf to survive
