Well the way I done is is by using the move vacuum-cut I found the hm in a dungeon it hits all monsters in the room so it's great for monster houses aswell it can defeat all the luxio there in 3 turns since it does 18 damage each time

Below is the code for vacum cut

Vacum cut can be linked with growl to lower their attack and damage them. Also golden seed levels your Pokemon by 5 so it could give you an edge against them.

GO to your piplup and put tactic and say geat away from here and bring a violent seed so that your piplup attacks from distance.
