It's rather easy use items such as totter seeds or x-seeds and throw at darkrai as you use a move that either affects all Pokemon around you e.g. Thunderbolt or that hits all enermies in room also you should learn a move protect/detect so you won't get hurt or be affected by moves that give you stat problems or poisen, burn etc...
Warp seeds. Eat them to teleport around him. It will confuse him. If you eat loads he will then surrender to your awesomeness.
Level 100? Easy. You should be able to 1 hit ko pretty much anything.
