What is the difference between Pokemon mystery dungeon explorers of darkness and Pokemon mystery dungeon explorers of time?

Just like may of the other Pokemon explorer games like this, the only difference is that some of the Pokemon are different in each games such as: In Darkness the electric type Pokemon, Minun, is in it, while in Time Plusle takes it's place (Although it could be vis vearsa). Although do not count the dungeons nor the side quest that you can get from the job boards(except the first one) as the "same" or "different" because they differ from game to game(dungeons differ from each time you go in them.) Never-the-less, the main quest is the same in both games.

It depends on weather you want mewtwo or celebi.
Mewtwo on;y appears in darkness, and celebi only appears in time.
