To evolvoe you must beat the game (Including Darkrai) :o

You can't evolve even after you beat darkari. The game even tells you

IN ORDER TO EVOLVE U NEED TO HAVE UNLOCKED MARINE RESORT(BASICALLY A DUNGEON WHICH MANAPHY TELLS U ABOUT)AND ALSO U HAVE TO HAVE DEFEATED DARKRAI AND RECRUITED PALKIA TO EVOLVE(NOTE U DONT HAVE TO RECRUIT DARKRAI JUST DEFEAT HIM) HOPE THE CHEAT WORKED

primaldialga13 is wrong after you beat darkrai then manaphy tells you about marine resort you can evolve there
