Go to the marine resort and head for floor 18 or 19

Ohhh.... I hated that one. Ummm... First check your storage and you're bag. If you don't have any... Go to random dungeons with water pokemon... I hope this helped! I finished the game already... So... Yea... Hope it helped!

Firs check bag and storage. You may be able to find some at Drenched Bluff or Craggy Coast.

What I think you should do is just keep doing an easy explorer maze and check the keckleon shop after being in the explorer maze.
