I already recruited regice, regirock and regigigas. I already defeated registeel 2 times and he already asked me if he wants to join my team. I already said yes and when I went back to chimecho he wasn't their. Why?

That happened to me also,and I didn't use any cheats. I went back and battled him a 3rd time and he didnt join my team, so I think it's a glitch
