I believe it's 99,000, but I'm not 100% sure not that. It will take a while. Once you beat the game, you will unlock * (star) missions. When you complete a star mission, you can get points ranging from 100 to 1500. 100 being *1 missions, 1500 being *9 missions. Your rank will go up must faster if you do a bunch of star missions.
That person is liying I'm only at bronze rank and I have star *9missons
