Raikou is in the 20F of the Concealed Ruins
Entei is in the 10F of Deep Dark Crater
Lugia/ Surrounded Sea 18F
HO-OH/ Mt. Mistral 19F
Latios/ Deep Sapcial Rift 5F or Midnight Forest 24F
Latias/ Spacial Rift 10F or Happy Outlook 19F
Deoxys/ Shimmer Hill 17F
And last but not least the best Darkrai and there are many places to find him/ Miracle Sea 3F, Deep Crevice Cave 2F, Mt. Travail 17F, Spacial Rift 14F, Mystifying Forest 13F but out of all of these places go to the miracle sea(less floors to travel
