Why won't this WORK?
I've recruited Dialga, Palkia and Manaphy, I've got marine resort, I've thrashed darkrai, my patner has evolved into fealigator, but my lv.66 pikachu won't evolve, and don't try telling me it's because of it's I.Q., my pikachu has an I.Q. Of 13!

Um dude I can't believe you forgot this but you need a THUNDER STONE you know just like in the other games and the anime. Good luck bro

Pikachus evolve with thunder stones. Always have. Well have fun.

To get Pikachu to evolve, you must have a Thunder Stone on you. The thing you said about an IQ of 13 has got to be a lie, or a really messed up glitch.
