You could train all the Pokemon you have to level 100, and give each max IQ. That's all I can think of for you to do now. Other than that, restart your game once again.

From what I see, I think you use AR to do all those things 6 times. If you play the game again without cheating device, you can take on the challenge of recruiting Kecleon, or max out the stat and IQ 2-4 of your favorite Pokemon without cheating, try different team combinations and do Zero South several times. Those are very hard to achieve (but not impossible) goals.
