Evolving

Ok I got 3 questions
1.how come I can't evolve my starter Pokemon it's in the right level but it says something about space and time something
2.Where can I get riolu or lucario
3.Finally What does the secret rank do the thing you get after saving scizor

1) To evolve, you must first beat Darkrai at the very end of the game. Then you have to recruit Dialga, Palkia, and Manaphy. You then are able to evolve your starters.

2) On Time version, you can find Riolu in a certain dungeon. But on Darkness, you must get a Riolu egg from Chansey.

3) The only thing the secret rank does is put that little star on your Explorer Badge. That's all.

1. You can't tell you recruet manaphy.
2. On both games you can get riolu in an egg, darkness you can get lucario in certain dungeons.
3. I don't think anything.

1) You ed to reach a certain point in the game
2) I believe it is only in a egg

Hi!!!Rules answered:

1) You have to be able to go to Marine Resort before you can evolve your starters.
2) Lucario appears in a certain dungeons, Riolu I think you Have to get in a egg.
#) The Secret Rank is not important. All it does is put a star by your rank.

Acually from what i'v hered the secret rank allows you to do missions that involve the seven treasures.again this is only rumor.

The secret rank lets you fight artucono,mew,korye,groudon,rayqaza,heatran,and grantaina and each has a treasure that helps you get a Pokemon to join your team
