What does it mean when it says somthings stiring and wind blows

It means you better get to the next floor pretty fast. If you're still on a floor for a while when you get that, you will be blown out of the dungeon that you're in, and you're mission will be ended.

YOu have to get to the next floor really quickly or you end up at the start again. I think it is time related.

It means you have almost reached the limited number of steps in a dungeon floor. You must quickly go to the up the stairs.
