The difference between darkness and time is that in time you can recruite celebi and in darkness you can recruite mewtwo.

The only difrence is the Pokemon you see and find in dungons and in time you can recrute celibe and in darkness you can recrute mewtwo by the way mewtwo is a lot stronger then celibe but is very hard to recrute and celibe is a lot less hard

There's only one main difference between Darkness and Time, and that is: exclusives. Exclusives are Pokemon that can only be found in one game or the other. One example is the Celebi Mewtwo factor. You can only recruit Celebi in Time, and not in Darkness. You can only recruit Mewtwo in Darkness, and not in Time. There's a few more exclusives in Darkness and Time. The difference is a few dungeons and a few Pokemon you can't get unless you get wonder mail from someone with the other game.

The only differences are the Pokemon that you come across in the duegons.
