Well, in Aegis Cave, you find the Unknown. At the beginning, you come up to a room. It says you have to spell a certain word to continue on. To spell these words, you have to collect stones that the Unknown drop after you defeat them. For example, in the first room, you have to spell "ICE". So you have to collect stones from Unknowns I, C, and E. Once done so, you will be able to continue. You now have to face Regice. When you beat them, you will be able to continue to the next room. In the second room, you have to spell "ROCK" with the Unknown stones. When finished, you will then have to face Regirock. Beat him, and you can go to the third room. In the third room, you have to spell "STEEL" with the Unknown stones. You will then have to face Registeel. It's not over yet. You now have to go through the forth and final room. I forgot what word you have to spell with the Unknown stones sorry. But, once you get through the final room, you will have to face these pokemon: 4 Hitmonlee, 4 Bronzong, and Regigigas. Seem hard? Well, it shouldn't. You remember Team Charm? They will get to the top after you do, and they will team up with you to defeat Regigigas and the rest of them. After you beat them, you can continue on with the story.

I already went through aegis cave and got regigigas so I can help you first find ICE letters then move on and so on if you can read the stones go to your bag and select info to find out what it says

When you first enter Aegis cave, you will see a stone with 3 figures on it. It actually spells ICE in unown letters. So you have to enter the Ice Aegis cave and find unowns that resemble the letters I, C, and E. Some shall be holding stones. You need the I C and E stones then exit the dungeon to find you are back at the start. If you have the 3 stones, then aproach the stone and say yes. Then go downstairs and do so for the rock (Stones R, O, C, and K) and Steel aegis cave(S,T,E,E,L). Then proceed down 5 more floors to face Regigigas, 4 hitmonlees and 4 Bronzongs. As hard as this seems, you have backup. After rescuing Team Charm from REgisteel, they offered to back you up if you ever needed it. And did you ever! They will help you now. Kill every one before Regigigas then finish off the normal type.

When you go in you will see a tablet and it says thers mnarkings on it the first on has he word ice second has rock and third has steel. You go in and kill the right unown to get the right stone the when you get to registeel you will see team charm on the ground defeet registeel then go 5 more floors you don't need to get stones the with the help of team charm defeet regigigas and 3 hitmon lee and 3 bronze then you win PS after you bet all of them you unlock conceld cave then you can go back to recute the 4 regias but you have to collect the stones everytime so bring a item like golden mask to help you recrute them PSS regigigas will atamaticly ask to join the second time you fight and you have to fight the hitmonly and bronze all over again goodluck

YOu have to get the stone form the unkown that match the cravings in the stone.
