I am a level 52 Munchslax and I cannot evole even though my partner is a Sceptile so can you help me evolve

In Time and Darkness, there isn't friendship. So that wouldn't help you there. But there is another way to get to get Munchlax to evolve. You will be able to evolve when Munchlax's IQ reaches 2 or more stars.
Bull crap. Mine evolved after I hade palkia and I never gave gummies to my charicter. Yes 2 stars is one way.
2 stars is not one way im level 48 with 3 1/2 stars as my iq but i still cant evolve :L
