How do you evolve gligar into gliscor?

To evolve Gligar into you have to have these two item: Razor Fang, and the Lunar Ribbon. Once you've obtained these two items you can evolve your Gligar. You do not have to have these items in your Treasure Box to make Pokemon evolve. You can keep them in your storage.
