To be able to evolve, you have to recruit these 3 pokemon: Dialga, Palkia, and Manaphy. You also have to beat Darkrai at the very end of the game. Just keep searching for the stone you need. You will find it sooner or later.
To evolve you must recruit palkia from sky rift and then go to the luminous spring. Oh yeah, please join my new team, pokedudes5598!

To baet aegis cave you have to collect the unknown stone required for the large stone tablets. I'm having trouble too.

By the way when you fight regigiggas you will also fight 4 hitmonlee and 4 bronzong but, you also have team charm and Regigigas is only level 49. To evole you have recruit Dialga and Palkia and unlock the dungeon Marine Resort. Manaphy comes to you and automatically recruits. By the way the first four missions are beach cave and the other six are drenched bluff so by your level you will have no trouble winning the missions and all te missions come wit money so you get richer also.
