After you rescue Scizor, you are able to do the seven secret missions. These can be found in the Cheats area of the Game Index here, or on a variety of other sites. Good Luck

After rescuing Scizor, and obtaining the Secret Rank, you are now able to attempt 7 secret missions. These missions include fighting and recruiting legendaries only found while the secret missions. Every time you beat them, you will be given an item that boosts a certain type of Pokemon to be recruited easier. You will be able to recruit each legendary Pokemon there after beating them the first time. There is only one Pokemon from the secret missions that cannot be recruited from the mission. That Pokemon is Gabite. It WILL take multiple times to get each legendary recruited. You can get these missions by using a certain Wondermail Code that you can find all over the Internet.

Go to the guild after a couple of days (in game time) and you will find team charm and the story will continue.

After rescuing scizor, talk to sunflora and then you go to the next dungeon, surrounded sea. After aquiring the wonder egg at surrounded sea, manaphy will hatch. When manaphy gets hungry, feed it a blue gummie. Oh yeah, please join my new team, pokedudes5598!

Well, nothing happened to me for a few day, then I saw Corphish, he said totalk to Sunflora, and then you get to go to the Surrounded Sea....Well, at least, that's what happened to me. ^^

When you rescue sizzor he unlocks secret rank for you.
