What pokemon is the best to use against Primal Dialga?

Wich starter Pokemon you can be is the best against Primal Dialga?Cause I can`t beat Primal Dialga with the Pokemon I became wich is Torchic.

Make sure Torchic has a really good fire type move. The most suggested move would be Flame Thrower. Train up both of your Pokemon up to levels 45-55. To help, you can get a bunch of healing items. For example, Oran Berries. You should also get your hands on plenty of Reviver Seeds. If and when a Pokemon faints in battle, a Reviver Seed will automatically be used if you have them. Whatever your partner is, put them with good moves to be at an advantage.

It's easy to beat him with torchic. I did. Level up until you get mirror move and confront Dialga yourself with your partner on get away tactic. Use mirror move to reflect his moves back at him which are super effective against him. Nail him with fire moves because he part steel and they still have 1.0 effectivness
