I have an idea. Do you know a little something called a Wondermail Code Generator? It allows you to create your very own missions. The link: http://www.upokecenter.com/games/dungeon2/guides/wondermail.php
Use this and you should be fine! Using this, you can make just about anything a reward, even the items you are wanting!

Golden seeds are better they raise level by 5
But joy seeds only raise level by 1
