Evolution Help

OK I'm a level 50 turtwig and my partner is a level 50 torchic I have manaphy, I have marine resort I'm at the super rank, but everytime I go to luminous springs it won't let me evolve it worked when I was a chimchar on my last file please someone tell me why I can't evolve thanks.

You need to recruit dialga and palkia battle them again at the same place you battle them before

You need to get dialga,palkia,and manaphy on your team.To get dialga go back to his tower and recrut dialga after you kill him.To get palkia go back to spacial rift and kill palkia again and recrut him.And for manaphy he'll come back after a few days or missions.

You've done most of what to do to evolve. There's just a couple more things to do. You have to recruit both Dialga and Palkia. Once done so, you'll be able to evolve.

Recruit dialga and palkia and manaphy then go 2 luminous spring you should be able 2 evolve
